KIRK KAPITAL A/S is owned by the Kirk Johansen family. Casper Kirk Johansen is chairman of

the board.

The balance of the company as per December 2011 was DKK 5.4 billion and the equity capital

was DKK 3.8 billion.

The most important commercial assets of KIRK KAPITAL A/S are run by the subsidiary
companies KIRK Shipping A/S and KIRK Aviation A/S.

In cooperation with Lauritzen Tankers A/S KIRK Shipping A/S owns and operates the

KIRK Aviation A/S wholly or partly possesses a number of aircrafts (69 as per December

2011). These are mainly regional turboprop aircrafts from the manufacturers ATR and

Bombardier.

The aircrafts are on lease throughout the world in a close cooperation with Nordic

Aviation Capital A/S (NAC).

KIRK KAPITAL A/S owns 90% of DTC - Denmarks Transportcenter situated north
