Kirk Kapital A/S acquires 40 pct. of Beck Pack Systems A/S. Beck Pack is the world leader in the packaging market for the fish industry, and with a new three-digit million investment, Kirk Kapital has made another investment into a company exposed to a globally growing food consumption.

Insepa A/S, which is the holding company behind Beck Pack, maintains its majority with a continuation of 60 pct. ownership, while Kirk Kapital becomes an active minority owner and joins the board.
