Kirk Kapital increases commitment to Ferrosan Medical Devices

In 2016, KIRK acquired a 30% ownership interest in Ferrosan Medical Devices (“FMD”), which we today own together with majority shareholder, Impilo, and select private individuals. In connection with a larger refinancing of FMD completed in August 2018, Kirk Kapital has further increased its investment, by subscribing to a preference share class.

FMD is a high quality company, well-known to KIRK, and we value the partnership with Impilo. In this light, we are pleased to increase our investment in the company.” says the CEO of Kirk Kapital, Kim Gulstad.
