Divestment of product tanker vessels

Kirk Kapital has entered into agreements to sell all of its product tanker vessels. The transactions will close over the coming months.

The divestment completes the phase-out of Kirk Kapital’s shipping activities, which was announced in connection with the release of our 2017 annual report.
