Full ownership of Havneøen

Kirk Kapital’s 100% owned subsidiary Kirk Property and AP Pension have agreed that Kirk Property will take over AP Pension’s share of the new housing project Havneøen in Vejle. Hereafter, Kirk Property will be the sole owner of the project.

The acquisition takes place at the same time as the first phase of the project is near completion and the first four housing towers are taking shape. The first residents are expected to move in during the fall of 2018.
